What if I forget my password?

The system will email your password to you. Simply hit the login button. You will come to an error page with a link for a lost password. Click the link and enter your email address. Your password will be emailed to you. You must use the email that is assigned to your student profile.


Some windows pop up with nothing in them. What do I do?

The animations in the course utilize Adobe Flash Player. If you do not see the animations, you may not have the most recent version of the Flash Player plugin. To check your system, go to www.adobe.com and click the icon on the home page to download and install the latest version of the Flash plugin.


I cannot print my certificate. How do I get a copy sent to me?

If you cannot get your certificate to print properly, send an email to support@csaaalarmtraining.com. In the subject line of the email, type the following: Please send certificate for email (insert email address). Note that the email you put in the subject line must be the email associated with an active profile. The certificate may only be emailed to the owner of the student profile and only to the email address that is used on the student profile.


Can two people use the same email address in the system?

No. Each individual must have their own unique email address.


What do I do if I do not have an email address?

If you do not have an email address, you can sign up for a free email account at a variety of websites. Some popular options include:
www.google.com
www.yahoo.com
www.hotmail.com


Can I buy courses for multiple students with a single charge?

Yes. Please contact Member Services at CSAA.


How long does it take to get through this course?

The course consists of seven modules that each take approximately one hour to complete. However, each person goes through the course at their own pace. The time to complete the entire course and take the test will vary from 7-10 hours.


I cannot hear the audio in the course. What do I do?

The audio clips have been set to normal audio output. However, your system may have the audio turned down. Make sure that the volume controls are turned up, the mute is turned OFF and that the selection for WAVE is set to the highest level. Consult your system documentation for more on controlling audio. You may also benefit for using headphones instead of your computerís speakers.


I took the test and submitted my score but my transcript does not display a score and/or status. What do I do?

Send an email to support@csaaalarmtraining.com. In the subject line of the email type: Transcript inquiry for (insert email address). Note that requests for transcript adjustments will only be emailed back to the email on the student profile. If you received a score on the screen, please note the score that you received in the body of the email.


The course link in my transcript is not an active hyperlink. Why?

You have access to the course for one year. If you have purchased the course within a one year time frame and still cannot access the course, email support@csaaalarmtraining.com and type the following in the subject line of the email: Link Failure for (insert email address).
